These Terms govern your use of Tippi T-Rex at tippitrex.com (the “Service”). By accessing the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

The Service

Tippi T-Rex is a brand style guide and asset catalog. Anyone may browse the catalog; signing in and an upgraded (“Pro”) account unlock additional download formats.

Your account

Provide accurate information when you register.
Keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
One person or entity per account; don’t share or transfer it.

Access tiers

Browsing and preview access are free. “Pro” access — which unlocks full-resolution and source files — is granted at our discretion and may be changed or revoked. We may adjust what each tier includes over time.

Assets and acceptable use

All brand assets, artwork, fonts, and content on the Service are the property of Tippi T-Rex and its licensors. Downloads are provided for legitimate reference and brand use. You agree not to:

resell, redistribute, or sub-license the assets as your own;
use the assets in a way that misrepresents the brand or is unlawful, misleading, or harmful;
scrape, bulk-download, or attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, and assets, is owned by Tippi T-Rex and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any file will meet your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tippi T-Rex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
